8th Grade Dance Brings the Roaring Twenties to Life

The 8th grade class stepped back in time at this year's Great Gatsby-themed dance, transforming an ordinary evening into a glamorous celebration inspired by the Roaring Twenties.

Students arrived dressed in elegant attire, with sparkling dresses, sharp suits, pearls, feathers, and bow ties that perfectly captured the spirit of the era. The venue was decorated with gold, black, and silver accents, creating a classic Gatsby atmosphere that made the night feel truly unforgettable.

Throughout the evening, students enjoyed dancing with friends, taking photos, and making lasting memories before heading off to high school. Popular songs kept the dance floor full, while refreshments gave everyone a chance to relax and socialize between dances.

The event was made possible through the hard work of ASB and our parent volunteers who helped plan and organize the celebration. Their efforts ensured that everyone had a fun, safe, and memorable experience.

As one of the final events of middle school, the 8th grade dance was more than just a party—it was a chance for classmates to celebrate their accomplishments, reflect on the memories they have made together, and look forward to the exciting opportunities that await them in high school.

With its elegant Great Gatsby theme, lively music, and joyful atmosphere, this year's 8th grade dance was a night that students will remember for years to come.
